Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Black Nova Designs Ltd. By engaging in any transaction with us, you agree to comply with the following payment terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” or “Our”: Refers to Black Nova Designs Ltd.
  • “Client”: The individual or entity making payments for goods or services.
  • “Invoice”: The official document specifying the amount due.

3. Payment Schedule

  • Payment terms are as follows:
    • Due Date: Payments are due within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
    • Suspension of services if payment is not made within 7 days of the invoice due date the service will be suspended.
    • Termination of files and service if payment is not made within 20 days of the invoice due date the service will be terminated with no recovery of files or associated services. Important: Please note we cannot recover any data once the service is terminated.

4. Payment Methods

  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • Bank transfers (details provided on the invoice).
    • Credit/debit cards.
    • PayPal.
    • Other methods as agreed upon.

5. Retention of Ownership

  • Ownership of goods/services remains with us until full payment is received.

6. Disputed Payments

  • If you dispute any charges, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
  • We will promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation of services must be requested in writing; all services require a 30 day notice period.
  • Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy of each service provided.

8. Confidentiality

  • All payment-related information will be treated confidentially.

9. Governing Law

  • This Contract and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
  • Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Contract or its subject matter or formation.

10. Changes to Payment Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms as needed.

Changing contact details If any of your company details change, you are able to update your records directly using your Online Client Control Panel. This automatically changes the details accessed by our accounting system. If you forget your password or you are unable to log into your Client Area, please email
