• Modifying zone files to work with Black Nova Designs products

Not Supported:

• Modifying zone files to work with non-Black Nova Designs products
• Configuring advanced zone files
• Troubleshooting third-party DNS zone file records

Renewal and Payment Terms

• First Renewal email notice 30 days before the renewal date
• Second Renewal email notice 14 days before the renewal date
• Third Renewal email notice 7 days before the renewal date
• Fourth Renewal email notice 2 days before the renewal date
• Fifth Renewal email notice 3 days after the renewal date

Suspend all services including domain DNS 7 days after the renewal date
Termination of all services including domain Expiry 21 days after renewal
