Log into your WordPress site and select Appearance > Customize from the left sidebar
Your screen should look something like this:
From the left sidebar select Contact Info
Enter your contact details into the correct text boxes
To add your social media, select Social Media from the left sidebar
Enter your social media URLs into the correct text boxes
Once you have finished making changes to your contact details and social media, select the Publish button in the top right corner of the sidebar
