To install Ninja Forms, select Plugins > Add New
Your page should look something like this:
In the Search Bar enter ninja forms
The Ninja Forms plugin should then be displayed
Select the Install Now button
Then select the Activate button
From your right sidebar select Ninja Forms
Your page should look like this:
To add a new form, select the Add New button
Your screen should then look like this:
Select the Contact Us box
Your page should now look like this:
To publish the from select the Publish button in the top right corner
To add the contact form to a page, select the Ninja Form block from the Kadence Block section
Your page should look like this:
Select the contact form from the dropdown list
The contact form should now be displayed on the page
