At Black Nova Designs, we’re dedicated to providing fast, secure and reliable hosting and email services. Throughout 2026, we’ll be rolling out several important upgrades to improve performance, enhance reliability and support long‑term stability for all clients.

These changes include hosting infrastructure improvements, DNS upgrades, the retirement of webmail and the introduction of new pricing aligned with these enhanced services.

Hosting Upgrade: Better Speed, Security and Reliability

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be upgrading our hosting infrastructure and moving all client DNS records to a more advanced environment. This ensures all websites benefit from modern, resilient and secure architecture.

If you operate an ecommerce or shop‑based website, we’ll coordinate your migration individually to ensure zero disruption.

All hosting migrations will be completed by 31st March 2026.

Hosting Price Update – Effective March 2026

To continue delivering a high standard of service and to support the investment in our upgraded infrastructure, our annual hosting cost will increase from:

£94 + VAT → £109 + VAT per year

This update will take effect on 1st March 2026.

If your renewal falls before this date, your current pricing will remain unchanged for the year ahead.

Email Service Update: Moving to Microsoft Exchange

As part of our improvements, we will be retiring our old webmail system. Over time, webmail has become increasingly unreliable and no longer meets the needs of clients who require stable business‑grade email or CRM integration.

To provide dependable, secure and modern email functionality, all clients will be migrated to Microsoft Exchange.

New Microsoft Exchange Pricing Options

To make the transition straightforward, we are offering two payment options:

Monthly Billing

• £8.00 + VAT per mailbox per month
• Equivalent to £96 + VAT per year

Yearly Billing (Discounted)

• £78 + VAT per mailbox per year
• Equivalent to £6.50 + VAT per month
